Trish is very upbeat and positive about running and keeping in shape. She also adds a short core video for you to apply to your training. Its short and not very hard to do but its effective! What I love most is that if you need advice, an opinion or just have a question you can email Trish and she responds very quickly and that is how she can give you personalized training. Love this app!
