Love it

If youre looking for a step by step guide to how much you need to run daily in order to complete a half marathon than this is the app for you! Trish is very upbeat and positive about running and keeping in shape. She also adds a short core video for you to apply to your training. Its short and not very hard to do but its effective! What I love most is that if you need advice, an opinion or just have a question you can email Trish and she responds very quickly and that is how she can give you personalized training. Love this app!

Love this app!

This is a great app if your planning a big run, or if you just want to get in better shape. Im on week two and already down 6 pounds. Trainer Trish is very motivational and down to earth. I also love how available she is. She responds to questions quickly. Overall great!

Pleased Runner

All components of the app have been very helpful. I am about to start week 11 of the 12 week program. My first half!! I have had no injuries and feel my body has been properly prepared for the race. The program progresses you safely. This program not only tells you how far to run weekly but also the days to run, when to cross train, & the core work needed to develop your bodies foundation. The videos demonstrate proper form and technique for the core exercises and the weekly updates from Trish educate you on many aspects of running that a new runner needs to understand. Well done!

Fantastic App

This app has great videos and a great schedule plus Trish is there to support you all the way. Im looking forward to downloading her couch to 26.2 App. I highly recommend this app it is fantacular.

Im doing my first half in Dec. Followed the workout plan. I ran 12 miles Saturday and it felt great. I really feel like Im a runner now thanks to this app. I had a question for Trish and she emailed me right back. Shes awesome!

I Rocked It

On Sunday I ran the Rock and Roll Half in San Antonio. I never would have thought it possible to even run a mile let alone 13.1. Trish advises you to set goals and includes all the important parts of training in her weekly coaching videos that are good for a beginner to understand. I felt confident going into Sunday knowing I would finish. I cant wait for my next 1/2 marathon....

Buyer Beware...Not for Beginners

I was truly looking for a Couch to Half Marathon program and this is not it. The title of the app is definitely misleading, but hopefully the proposed training schedule will come in handy once I build up to running distances.

Not what I was hoping for

This app offers a lot in the way of diet, emotional support and inspiration but lacks the one thing I purchased it for which is a step-by-step guide helping you during your actual run to tell you when to walk and when to run. In my estimation, this isnt a couch to half marathon program either. Its closer to a 5k to half program.

AWFUL

Not what I thought it was gonna be. You pay to have a stupid girl talk to u. There is no running guide. The couch to 5 k app is muuuuh better. Im So unhappy with this. Total waste of $

Personal Trainer, yes please!

This app is great! I am looking forward to running my first half in the Spring. Trish is so supportive! I emailed her and she got right back to me. I feel as if I have my very own personal trainer. I am more confident that I can complete my race!

Disappointed

Just downloaded this tonight to start preparing for my first mini. Definitely I disappointed at what it is. Its just a calendar of when to do what with some free videos. Not what I needed, and definitely not what I wanted! I thought it would be interactive by telling you when to walk/run. Can I get a refund???

Not exactly what I had in mind

This is good if you already have ran a 5k since her workout schedule starts you at running two miles. You do at least have access to the 5k app program which is where I recommend you start if you are truly couch to half. Im really disappointed because the sound doesnt work on my iPhone when I play the videos. Ive emailed twice through the site with no response. Has potential but a waste.

I am running my first half marathon next Sunday with the help of this app! Trish is so encouraging and helpful that I feel like I know her. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone considering training for a half marathon. Its amazing!!!!

Its okay

Im not overly excited about this app. It sort of too basic for what I was looking for. It has a weekly schedule but it does not track your progress. It does some good core exercises but the overall look and feel of this app is about average. I dont think this should be a paid app-- it really should be free. I will be looking for a better one

Love the app! Just wish there was a tracking feature. Also, more specified workouts for cross training and speed training. I just finished 7 miles and an at aw if how well the program works. Never ran more then 3 in my life!

My first half marathon

Yesterday I completed my first half marathon (NYC) in 2:00:59. I beat my goal by over 9 mins!!! This plan was so helpful in getting me there. I found the videos informative and the schedule easy to follow. This was the only guide I used and I couldnt be happier w the results! I am now training for my first marathon and going to be using Trishs guide for that too.

In 12 weeks, I have dropped 25 pounds and just finished my first (but not my last) half marathon! The schedule and motivation from this app are great. Thanks so much, Trish!

Great App!

I just ran 10 miles! I never thought those words would be in my vocabulary. I dont have a runners body, I dont have that "thing" runners have. I am an over weight stay at home mom who, with the support of Trainer Trish, am ready to run my first half! I looked at other plans and chose this one because aside from the weekly long run the other runs were not very long and I could do them with a jogging stroller. I did read one review that mentioned needing to be able to run 3 miles for your first week. Trish does give you a written beginner 5k plan and stresses there is no shame in walking. As a beginner runner, I would have liked to see some guidance on stretching, like she gives for core strengthening, but it was easy to find another app for that. This is a great app that offers sound advice as well as lots if motivation!

I am trying to watch the videos in the app, but there is no sound is anyone else having this problem? & and yes all of my volume controls are turned all the way up.
