All components of the app have been very helpful. I am about to start week 11 of the 12 week program. My first half!!
I have had no injuries and feel my body has been properly prepared for the race. The program progresses you safely. This program not only tells you how far to run weekly but also the days to run, when to cross train, & the core work needed to develop your bodies foundation. The videos demonstrate proper form and technique for the core exercises and the weekly updates from Trish educate you on many aspects of running that a new runner needs to understand. Well done!
