Great App!
I just ran 10 miles! I never thought those words would be in my vocabulary. I dont have a runners body, I dont have that "thing" runners have. I am an over weight stay at home mom who, with the support of Trainer Trish, am ready to run my first half! I looked at other plans and chose this one because aside from the weekly long run the other runs were not very long and I could do them with a jogging stroller. I did read one review that mentioned needing to be able to run 3 miles for your first week. Trish does give you a written beginner 5k plan and stresses there is no shame in walking. As a beginner runner, I would have liked to see some guidance on stretching, like she gives for core strengthening, but it was easy to find another app for that. This is a great app that offers sound advice as well as lots if motivation!
