Not exactly what I had in mind
This is good if you already have ran a 5k since her workout schedule starts you at running two miles. You do at least have access to the 5k app program which is where I recommend you start if you are truly couch to half. Im really disappointed because the sound doesnt work on my iPhone when I play the videos. Ive emailed twice through the site with no response.
Has potential but a waste.
