Fantastic app
This is a great app! You can google for free training plans, but this offers things those cant give you. It tells you when to run, when to cross train, when to do core workouts (and even has instructional videos for core workouts), motivational quotes and a video to kick off each week. Its definitely more motivating than a piece of paper that tells you to run. The 12 week plan is more attainable than most 10 wk plans.
If you get into the plan and realize you were more couch than half marathon, it includes 5k and 10k plans to build you up to start the half training program. Highly recommended!
