More than worth purchasing!
If you can already run a 5K and want to continue improving your running or train for a 1/2 marathon then this is the perfect app.
The app is easy to use and Trainer Trish is very motivational, and is also available on twitter to give you extra motivation and help.
Dont get me wrong though, the app is great and it provides a great running plan that increases the mileage a little each week but it all comes down to you as an individual and how much time and effort you want to put forward.
I am currently on week four and i am already noticing a big improvement in my running, and I am starting to enjoy running but I am putting in the time and effort and following the plan Trish laid out for us.
This app is definitely worth purchasing, and I am very glad that I did. Trainer Trish WILL make a good runner out of you if you commit to the program.
