Thrilled with My Results
I can honestly say I have never been more surprised by the results of a training program. This app not only helped my prepare for my first half marathon, it helped me far exceed my goals. The app is easy to use and the videos are a great bonus to keep you motivated and engaged. I began training with 12-weeks to go before my first half marathon and only able to run about 6 miles at a time with a 9:30 pace. Each week the runs got longer but also faster and easier. The weekly runs definitely helped prepare for the long weekend runs. I ran my first half with a time of 1:44:38 and felt great! I would recommend this app to anyone who is trying to prepare for an upcoming race!!
